When will I receive my order?
All orders are made by ourselves, therefore we have a 2-4 week lead time. If we have the necessary material in stock the lead time might be quicker.

We are able to assist with rush orders, at an extra fee.
Is the option for collection available?
Unfortunately, this option is not yet available, but we are sure this might change in the near future.
How does the shipping work?
Once you have placed an order, the different options for shipping will become available to you. Please choose the option that will be the best for you and we will handle your order's shipping accordingly.
My Products are damaged, what should I do?
We want every customer to be happy with our products. So if you receive your items and you are not happy we will either replace or fix the item. You will need to take photos of the items and email the complaint within 7 days after you have received your order.
I have a bulk order, what is the lead time?
The lead time on bulk orders (50 items or more), might be a bit longer than the normal time. Contact us with regards to your order and we will make sure to get your order to you as soon as possible.
